This spring, the WNBA's Los Angeles Sparks and Scholarship Prep launched a first-of-its-kind community partnership, bringing two brand-new programs to Scholarship Prep's South Bay and Orange County campuses.

Every morning, before the first lesson begins, something important happens in Scholarship Prep classrooms across Southern California. Teachers greet Scholars by name at the door. Students settle in. And Morning Meeting begins.

Hundreds of families got a firsthand look at what Friday STEM labs are all about. Scholars led demonstrations, explained their thinking, and walked parents through real problem-solving.

Executive Director Jason Watts accepted the award at Mayor Dawson’s State of the City, celebrating a project that reshaped not only a property, but a neighborhood opportunity.

Our Wolves were recognized at the Fall Semester Awards for achievements across academics, arts, athletics, writing, and attendance.

This fall marked the very first semester at Scholarship Prep Riverside. Scholars kicked things off by building strong academic habits, getting to know their teachers, and stepping onto the stage for their first-ever winter performance.

The result was an energetic, proud performance. Families cheered as Scholars showcased not only dance skills, but also courage, focus, and collaboration.
